A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Sample needs 1-2 days, mass production time needs negotiation according to your order quantity.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

A: First let us know your requirements or application.
Second We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Third customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourth We arrange the production.
Fifth, pay rest payment before delivery.
Finally we send the goods timely.
Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, different products has different warranty, you can contact us for details.
Q9. What is your terms of payment?
A: By T/T, Western Union, Money gram, 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
For sample order or small order, we need 100% payment in advance.
